Explicit Consent for the Processing of Personal Data (KVKK / GDPR)

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), I hereby declare that I have been informed in detail beforehand via the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of my personal data by Longerix Labs in connection with the LensEat application ("App").

By accepting this Explicit Consent Text, I give my free, specific, and informed consent for the following data processing activities necessary for using the App’s services, generating personalized recommendations, and running the AI-based meal analysis features:

Processing of Sensitive Personal Data:

The processing of my sensitive personal data (such as health, diet, weight, height, and physiological measurements) entered by myself or synchronized from integrated health apps (Apple HealthKit / Google Health Connect) to generate personalized nutrition analysis and goals,

Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data:

The transfer of my sensitive personal data, profile information, and uploaded meal photos to servers located abroad (specifically in the United States), where the App's database infrastructure (Google Firebase) and AI processing systems (Anthropic Claude AI) are securely hosted,

Processing of Visual Data via AI:

The processing of uploaded meal photos through artificial intelligence models to scan, identify, and perform nutritional analysis of the food.

I understand that I can withdraw this consent at any time by permanently deleting my account and data via the Settings > Delete Account section in the App, or by contacting the support team at longerixlabs@gmail.com.

4. Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be retained for as long as your account remains active and as required by applicable legal obligations. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently erased within a maximum of 30 days.

7. Data Security Measures

Your data is protected with SSL/TLS encryption in transit and at‑rest encryption on Firebase servers. Strict access controls are enforced to prevent unauthorized access.

8. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and affected individuals within 72 hours as required by GDPR, and as soon as possible under KVKK.

9. Automated Decision‑Making and Profiling

The App utilizes AI‑driven nutrition analysis which may involve automated decisions. These decisions are solely for recommendation purposes and are not binding; they do not constitute medical advice.
